Training

The training courses, based on Russian and international expertise, have been designed specifically for MFIs operating in Russia. Courses focus on key aspects of financial, operational and strategic management for MFIs.
Two main formats of training are offered:
Open courses, where trainees come from different organizations.
Customized courses adapted to the needs of specific organizations, where trainees are staff members of the organization, and the training content is based on subjects, examples, and data of special relevance to its operation.
